Tracee Joy Silberstein, known professionally as Tracee Ellis Ross, is an award-winning actress, model, and founder of the haircare brand Pattern. She’s known for her roles as Joan Carol Clayton on Girlfriends and Bow Johnson on Black-ish, where she won a Golden Globe and received five Emmy nominations. Ross is the daughter of music legend Diana Ross and music manager Robert Ellis Silberstein. She’s also a co-founder of the Time’s Up movement.
